One of the things I like best about being back in a sunny climate is that I get to have an abundance of creamy tasty avocados in my diet. I’m in heaven! I would like to start by saying that I’m not hot on diets, yo-yo dieting, or cutting out different food groups (unless it’s sugar or fast food junk:-)) It’s just a matter of personal opinion…seeing we’re all allowed one!!
